ALMI Construction was featured in the Spring 2013 issue of Westchester Home Magazine. Originally built in 1908, this brick and shingle house was in such disrepair that the Scarsdale Historic Preservation Committee approved to have the house taken down to the ground. Then the house, complete with era specific stonework, was reconstructed from the ground up to match the original early twentieth century architecture.
New York Spaces
ALMI Construction was featured in the April 2012 issue of New York Spaces Magazine. The beautiful stonework throughout this Westchester residence brought traditional lines and a sense of history to this newly constructed home. We used classic building materials to create a traditional exterior that matches the period of the neighboring houses and the types of materials used locally.
